Bought the Lions Mane and Reishi mushroom capsules to help with my focus, brain fog and sleep and I can honestly say that they’ve really sorted me out. 10/10!

Originally was after lions mane…
Originally was after a lions mane mushroom supplement, after a friend recommended Roo mushrooms I had a look - there was so much more variety and explains what each supplement does.
I ended up going with the sleep well package and I've only had these about a week but I have noticed better sleep! I feel like the lions mane will help with my focus.
