I received three glasses in the wrong color. I reached out as best I could to try and return the wrong color in exchange for the right items. I’ve never received a reply. I wasn’t upset at first, but now super frustrating I’m out $100 for something that doesn’t work for me!

Item was fine. Cheap feeling but I feel like that’s what I paid for. I’m more frustrated about the fact that I’m trying to make a return and am having a difficult time getting in contact with the roomtery customer service team to approve my return. It’s quite annoying that you even have to get approved for a return and that there’s no other way to initiate a return without emailing customer service first. At the very least I’d rather have a phone number to speak to someone in real time. Instead I'm waiting days for an answer and now it has to be my responsibility to continuously follow up.

I bought 9 items and 4 of them were broken BUT I received good help and a lot of care when being shipped replacements. Great Customer Service.

It took 2 weeks to get my order. The fabric is thin and cheap looking. My pillow case came with a stain on it that won’t come out. I’m really disappointed.

3 weeks after ordering and still haven’t received my package or been able to track.

My money was refunded to a whole other Mastercard but the money was taken out of my account

It took two in a half weeks to arrive and it doesn’t really look like the pictures its more yellower then expected.

It was good I got refunded, but damn I really wanted those products. Wish I had known they were out of stock instead of getting my hopes up for a moment when my order went thru.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a month to return my sheets. I have sent numerous emails, including DM‘s and comments on Instagram and have gotten zero reply.

Haven’t received please advise

The Roomtery website is appealing and well organized with beautiful and easy to search items.

My experience went great! Roomtery has so many different things for room decor and aesthetics!!

Never buy from this junk website. I received a fake jellycat and sent them the return request on June 10. No reply since then. Now I am gathering the evidence and preparing to Escalate.
