First time using storage
First time using storage, and its been a smooth, easy process because of Kim & Jeff, thank you. The most affordable storage unit in the West, the facilities are clean and tidy and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!!

I needed emergency storage at short notice
I needed storage in an emergency situation.
One enquiry via their Web pages and the very lovely and helpful Kim calked and explained the process, recommended the size I'd need and even told me there was access to a big van.
The price was very reasonable. I expected it to xmcost much more.
The unit was clean and accessible, even though it was on the second level.
They had everything I needed, as in trolleys, boxes and locks etc, to make the move as easy as it could be. (Although, moving is always a pain, right)
As much as I hated the actual process of moving, it was reassuring to know my belongings are safely stored until I find a new place.

Easy access
Once we figure out how to access the gate from the first time, everything went smoothly thereafter. Staff Carolyn is very pleasant and very helpful, explaining details regarding the storage.
