Pretty good storage place
I stored here for a long time so it was pretty good. Staff were usually helpful and friendly and I never, ever had any issues with my unit or storage. The rates are not bad either. However, there's only one lift to service 2 upper floors, which means it can take a really, really long time to move items in/out. And there's probably not enough trolleys available to move items unless it's quiet. The roller doors are unfortunately automatic, so u can still be moving items and they shut on you or they just don't all open, restricting access if its a little busy. Other than these things though, I would still recommend for storage, just try to go when its quiet.

Top notch customer service
Friendly and very helpful. Jason was so patient showing us the available containers until we decided on the one we wanted. On the day of the move, I had forgotten where my container was so again, Jason was patient and walked me through. Top notch customer service and the containers are clean.
