Excellent Service
The service from Denise was excellent with showing us the sized rooms and prices to including the discounts on offer currently. She also gave clear instructions on how to purchase the room and showed me how to access the building and room using the Master Vault Lock app and made it so easy. Highly recommend Roomia. Denise was the most pleasant and helpful assistant. The unit we booked was convenient and very clean and presentable. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage. Due to the lovely service offered by Denise and the spotless presentation of the units. There is also a generous discount for the first 3 months of rental. Very happy with their service, 5 stars 🙂❤️

We appreciated the friendly, helpfull, efficient and patient the staff, Dee and Scott were, that helped us. They have showed us how the Roomia App and system worked and did not mind repeating what we did not understand.

Went through thoroughly ,all aspects of the site.
Mud map highlited were our unit was gates and walked me through the phone app.
Very easy wish more apps were this easy.

Straight up the staffing are amazing and very helpful in showing me how to get in and out and the phone app. So easy. The price is great and I got a big one . I feel fine with locking up my stuff knowing it is well looked after.

Dee and Scot are perfect for the people to give you all the information you need and are so delightful to be around.
I’m not too fond of IT but Dee guided me so patiently on how to use it for the entry into the storage area.
It actually was a fun experience on a very important decision that I have made.
