Roomia was really easy booked and maintained. Friendly staff and the move in/out van hire is a bonus

Staff were very helpful, allowed us to inspect a few lockers and made it easy if we decide to upgrade. The additional of being able to use the moving van for a day is handy as well.

Clean at all times. Toilet. Competent, friendly staff.

I have been with Roomia for nearly a year now and the customer service has been amazing. All the staff, especially Michael, have been fantastic to deal with. The place is modern, clean and my storage unit is easy to access. I highly recommend Roomia if you’re looking for a storage facility.

The need for storage came about somewhat urgently and the location of Roomia Beverley suited my needs to a tee.
From the first phone call, the online stuff, initial visit & tour and the first moving-in day, all went very well and smoothly. All questions were answered and in the necessary detail.
Entry via the automated gate is a breeze too and plenty of space to park for loading/unloading.
The demonstration of the goods lift was also very helpful - if not working, make sure you check the E-Stops on each level.
Plenty of trolleys about and passageways are of suitable width. No ridges or bumps on floors either.
Check for rental discounts and ask about costs associated with hiring two small units over hiring one (then consolidate/sort/ditch stuff you don't need/want - if initial time frame is tight like mine was).
Highly recommend.

I used their storage for one month. It was great to meet my needs. During check in the gentleman who showed me unit pointed towards lift but didn’t actually took me on that side and did not show how it works. I had hard time accessing the lift and had to run through stairs with heavy stuff. I was making runs in night so didn’t get to meet someone who could help. The phone line was not accessible in night. Luckily I met another person the last day when I needed to vacate who was accessing unit who showed me how the lift works. Those who are reading this must insist to show lift if you are accessing storage unit for the first time. Otherwise they are affordable & space is good. I had no other issues other than not being able to access lift.

YOU ONLY JUST TOOK OVER THE BEVERLEY SITE AND ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF DEALINGS WITH YOU. FOUND YOUR STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY, CERTAINLY A CHANGE FROM OLD OWNERS. WISH YOU ALL THE SUCCESS.
