Search mentions the members actively looking for rooms in a clear updated profiles

Dislikes:
Fees are too high compared to similar platforms and most often, members do not upgrade the platform.
Moreover, send interest option is not mutual and if mutual, cannot contact the other party unless fees paid for upgrade.
It would be nice, if long term seekers are given a free time related option as you are now proposing me for 10 days free trial

Useless

Useless. did not benefit in any way. just paid 400 or something for nothing. a site that asks you to open account but then does not allow u to communicate unless u pay is BS.

User Friendly & Genuine Inquirers

I am a provider of furnished accommodations in Hong Kong. This website used to attract a lot of westerners looking for accommodation few years ago. But it is less popular and I am not sure the reasons. The inquirers are mostly genuine.

I used this website so long as a landlord, paid for premium membership but unfortunately until now I could not find a tenant or messeges what so ever . Never going to pay again , useless website
