I had my roof replaced last April (2025) it's been over 14 months ago and I haven't received my 10 year warranty from them. I spoke with the local contractor who did the job and he told me I have to contact Roof Claims in Georgia for it, I did and was told that I wouldn't get it until the final insurance check cleared. I have tried to contact the company many times and nobody answered their phone. This doesn't look good from a business point of view.

We recently found significant issues with our roof done by Roofclaim.com. in 2021. We purchased the home in 2024, the warranty was two years. The person we spoke to at Roofclaim.com ****** informed us that we were not owners when roof was installed and that the 2 year warranty was up. ****** insisted even with the proof of photos that we sent to her that they did the job correctly, and the roofer we hired to fix issues was not being truthful with us. She was refusing to acknowledge obvious installation issues that caused us water damage. Box vents are engineered with a specific orientation to shed water. Installing them backwards is a violation of TN code 9501.1. Under Tennessee Code 9501.1 a roof is only "correctly" installed if it follows the manufactures manual. Every box vent manufacturer has a diagram showing the "high side" and the "downslope side" If the opening was facing uphill it was objectively incorrect regardless of what Roofclaim.com claims. This company failed to follow the 2018 International Residential code. We want to make sure that others are aware of this companies wrong doing and their response to us to to keep us from taking further action. Our action at this time is to inform the BBB of their incompetence and their tactics to avoid liability. The company thinks that since the 2 year warranty is over it voids them of responsibility. I feel they are not understanding that a warranty is for parts and labor, a building code is for safety and legality. Building codes are state laws that must be followed at time of construction. They choose to not fix a verified mistake. Our photos are proof that our statements are truth. It is frustrating that a company can prioritize a calendar date over the quality of their craftsmanship. We are paying for and fixing mistakes that were built into the roof from the start.

Safety Record: OSHA has previously cited the company multiple times for residential fall protection violations.
Legal History: The company was involved in a whistleblower settlement in 2018 regarding the termination of a safety manager who cooperated with OSHA.
Business Model: They often operate by "knocking doors" after major storms to offer inspections and handle the insurance claim process directly.

Another addition to my comments: The company is suggesting that maintenance, storm damage, or prior repairs may have occurred between installation and our purchase of the home. However, if corrective work was required before our ownership, or during, that would further support the conclusion that the original installation was deficient. Properly installed roof vents do not require premature correction, nor do they reverse orientation due to maintenance or weather.
The existence of prior issues would reinforce, not refute, concerns about improper installation in 2021.

I feel compelled to warn potential job seekers about the realities of working for this company. Despite the attractive pay, the work environment is highly toxic and unhealthy. The owners exhibit unethical behavior (throwing trash out of a truck window while driving down the highway, talking about beating people up behind their back, name calling to their face, cheating on spouse, firing after health issues, changing the company name to escape so many bad homeowner reviews and OSHA cases, the examples are endless) Clear lack of respect for employees. One mistake can put you on the bad side, and they constantly need a scapegoat. In meetings, only agreeing with the owner or his now wife (previously his assistant) is tolerated; any dissenting opinion is met with disdain and insults. One thing the owner has perfected is bullying others by name calling and yelling. It is a highly stressful and demoralizing environment. I would advise thinking very carefully before accepting a position here. Even if you will not have direct interaction with the owner or his wife be warned that management will stab you in the back without a second thought. Believe the bad reviews. The good reviews- those come from current employees that are "asked" to write within certain time frames so they don't all post at the same time.

RoofClaim.com was wonderful to work with! My account manager and the office staff were always very friendly and informative throughout the claims process. RoofClaim.com worked with my insurance company and kept me updated weekly. I highly recommend this company to anyone ready to replace their roof!

STAY AWAY SCAM they put the roof on my house after hurricane Idea in 2021 they charged me 750 a square and all other companies was charging 350 a square the salesman came in my house and said whatever your insurance pays is what we will do it for it wound up costing me right at 30,000 for 47 squares don’t do it call anybody but these people

Absolutely terrible stay away from them… they do t hold up the warranty they claim.. they are circling central florida like 2nd hand car sales men scamming insurance companies and repairs/replacement really badly done. Roof leaked and took months to repair. Repair really bad …

I went through Jasper roofing for a new roof and initially everything was just fine. Part of the claim was for roofing storm damage and part for other damage including interior ceiling sheetrock water damage and lanai screen damage. I was told by Jasper roofing that I would only owe them for the portion of the claim that was roof related and not the non-roof related damage and that they would accept whatever the insurance company paid on the claim. Somehow Roofclaim.com became involved in the claim and they're insisting on being paid for the entire insurance payment including the non- roof related portion of the claim even though they had nothing to do with those repairs. They're claiming that I still owe them almost $2000 for the roof repairs and placed a mechanics lien on my home. I've discussed this with them for many months and all they keep insisting I how much I was given by the insurance company for total repairs regardless of whether they were roof related repairs or not. The lien they placed on my home is fraudulent by FL definition as it was for work not performed by them, a third degree felony. Even though the FL statues say they can be libel for damages and penalties, I can't find an attorney willing to take the case without a retainer for more than what's claimed by them. In addition I've received bills and collection notices from Roofclaim.com in different amounts each time. They can't even get the amount straight. I had a 3 way conversation with them and Jasper roofing and even jasper explained to them the transaction, but Roofclaim.com refuses to budge or pretends not to understand that not the entire claim was roof related. That a portion of it was for lanai screen damage or interior sheetrock water damage but Roofclaim.com just keeps insisting that they are entitled to the entire claim amount paid by insurance. They want the money paid for rescreening and sheetrock repairs as well as the $19,000 they were paid for the actual roof damage that they did repair through Jaspers. I have no problem with Jaspers but it's Roofclaim.com that's the problem. Roofclaim.com's billing department doesn't seem to know how to read and interpret an insurance company's estimate. I have absolutely no complaints about the work performed or the materials used. I honestly can't believe that so many people have not encountered similar problems with them. Roofclaim.com even submitted additional charges to my insurance company that were rejected, yet Roofclaim.com will not furnish me with all of the requested documents they refer to in their bills. And I was never notified by mail that they placed a lien against my property. I only discovered it because I was trying to refinance my current mortgage and found out from their title search. If you had work performed through Roofclaim.com I would urge you to have your title searched just to see if they placed a lien on your property without your knowledge.

Roofclaim was great to work with! Replacing my roof was a daunting task and they took the time to explain everything to me, alleviate any concerns I had, and make a giant project easy! John was professional and helpful at every step. I highly recommend Roofclaim.com for roof replacement.
