We can only apologise for the delay. The product was listed as out of stock on our website, and we did let you know some days after ordering an expected dispatch date. Unfortunately the item was delayed a further week with STIHL.

This Company accepted my order on the 9th June 2024 and charged me £7.99 for a 5-7 day delivery, I finally received my order today the 21st August 2024! It would have been good manners to keep me informed as to what was happening with my order. Also I would have expected a refund of the delivery charge as a small gesture, but no nothing, well never mind this is a company I can honestly say I cannot recommend to friends or family.

Supply and install a Robot lawn mower.
I made the original enquiry by phone and was given an estimate for supplying and installing a robotic lawn mower. I was given a date for the installer to measure up my lawn and give me a firm quotation, i accepted the quote and the mower was installed immediately. Anthony the engineer fitted, explained everything to me and installed the app on my phone. He was very helpful and polite. Would recommend.

First Class service
I bought a part from Ron Smith and due to me wrongly specifying my exact requirement I ended up with an
incorrect adaptor. I left a brief message on the answerphone and within 15 mins I was contacted, the Gentleman identified the correct part and posted it out free of charge. I received the part within 2 days fitted it and now my strimmer is back in operation. First class service and thanks to Mark Smith

I had a robot lawn mower installed; from the initial enquiry to the working installation everything went smoothly. The installer was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the entire process.

Great customer service. I ordered a toy strimmer for my grandson but didn’t realise it was on back order until September. I phoned the store and the gentleman was so helpful. I was immediately offered a refund or an alternative product. Fortunately there was another type of strimmer in stock so my order was amended. The order was dispatched that day and has now arrived! The gentleman also popped in some key rings which was very kind. Highly recommend!

Thanks for your review, Tim. The big brands don't allow selling on Amazon, so you'll tend to find it's drop-shippers on Amazon who will sell for a higher price then buy from a reputable retailer for direct shipment to you! You won't get a warranty for tools purchased from Amazon.
