The customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced in any business. The product (case) I purchased broke within the first week of having it. I reached out to the customer support to inquire about a replacement. They immediately responded and continuously followed up with status updates and confirmation that the product was shipped and received! This was outstanding service as there was minimal work needed on my end. I was greatly appreciative of the service they provided in not only getting me a replacement but getting it to me so quickly. I would highly recommend this company for any of its products and services!

I ordered a quick release holster and case for my Pixel 8 pro, the case is a slim armour case which is raised and armoured around all of the most important parts of my mobile, the camera is very well protected, and the screen surround is pronounced enough to protect my screen from drops even with a screen protector on, this simple feature has been really difficult to find in anything other than in a real heavy duty chunky case for my pixel 8 pro.

The Holister is really well made, its the type with a spring loaded clip that sits over the top of your phone, therefore really easy to release your mobile from the holster with one hand, and need to fumble around, however the belt clip had a bit of give in it, it was secure but it ment there was a rattle, I contacted Rome Tech and asked if there was a fix for this, as I am a dog handler, and often I am required to be in 'Stealth mode'. Much to my amazement Rome tech talked my query thro with their engineers, and sent me out a new Holster that they had adjusted for me which is completely silent - at no additional cost.

The customer care, and service you get from Rome Tech is second to none, fantastic products at very reasonable prices.

Rome sent me a new Cell phone case for the one that was broken.

Rugged and already saved my phone last nite when I dropped in heavy gravel.

The wrong phone case was sent. I have reached out to the company about getting it returned/replace but have not heard anything back. I would appreciate a response.

Well I didn't like the video that showed the wrong phone being used being put into a case that was labeled a different phone so that is deceptive so I can only imagine from there.
