Outstanding service from start to finish
Sam was very prompt in contacting me after my first message about my mums suspected blockage at her property. Sam’s communication through the visit was first class and problem was quickly solved. My mum is elderly and I was put at ease knowing Sam had done a great job for a reasonable price.

Very helpful, solved our immediate problem and provided a good pointer on how to resolve it. He was very fair and straightforward to deal with and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Quick, accurate diagnosis and saved us £££
Sam came out and investigated smells from bathroom drainage. He quickly diagnosed an issue with shower tray fittings which we were able to quickly rectify. We were only charged the basic call-out fee instead of the envisaged jetting service. Very helpful and friendly service. Thank you!

Great service!
We booked Roman Rod in an emergency and Sam was with us within a few hours. His communication was on point and when he turned up he was incredibly friendly, cheery and above all passionate about his job. Which considering the mess our drains were in was quite something! Thanks Sam!

I’m very impressed by the service provided by Roman Rod. Samuel was efficient, knowledgeable and had all the right kit to find out what was happening in our drains. He also provided detailed feedback on the day of the drain survey. Would fully recommend.
