Brilliant!

I order regularly and due to my location I usually receive my items the same day. Communication has never been an issue and great service every time! Loving the deals and reward system too!

Good stuff

They are really great, fast delivery keep prices competitive. And think about the sustainable/environmentally friendly things in terms of packaging. Could do a bit more on that but still great! If you have a problem really helpful and get back to quickly.

Paid extra to get the items before 1pm next day and there's no sign of it yet 2:30 pm

Hi, sorry you have not yet received your parcel. You had ordered a restricted item, which we are not allowed to send using Royal Mail. This will have been noted during the order process, and was explained to you this morning. We had refunded your shipping, and changed the delivery to DPD yesterday. Hope this helps.

Great selection of elfa pods available

Great selection of elfa pods available, took avanantage of the multi buy offer which was the cheapest I could find online. Packaged well and the free delivery was great and arrived within a couple of days.
