From start to finish, Rollaturf have been great. Their colleagues kept me up to date about the delivery (which was on time) and the quality of the turf and top soil that we ordered was excellent. The turf has been in place for a few days in our garden and it’s thriving. Highly recommend these guys.

No UK wide delivery
Turf ordered online and paid for. Site says 'UK wide delivery', I received a phone call to say that this was not the case. I was told up to 10 days to receive my refund! ....update your website for goodness sake.

Sorry the website let you place an order which we couldn't deliver. When we deliver outside of the North East we use an overnight pallet courier to get turf to the customer within 24 hours of harvesting. Unfortunately due to the shortage of drivers in the UK at the moment some postcodes can't be served on a 24 hour service basis and as a result we don't offer delivery there. We are just in the process of updating the back end of the website to take account of these restrictions and should have it all sorted shortly. It's very frustrating but thankfully we can still serve 90% of mainland UK with deliveries. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

Over the moon
Our old lawn was decimated by a combination of Leatherjacket infestation, poor weather and one crazy dog running around on it. We lifted the whole lot and decided to start again. After much deliberation between a large DIY chain and Roll-a-Turf, we decided on the later. They were cheaper, the turf is of an excellent standard and the delivery was excellent.
We'd worried the turf would be left on the pavement and we'd have to cart it all into the garden (neither of us are really up to that!) but as our order was only 25m₂ the lovely lad brought it into the garden for us. Despite us having never laid turf before, it went down very well, and having since seen the other turf we'd considered, I can say without doubt this is the better of the two. The soil and grass were still damp upon arrival, having only been lifted from the field that morning. Hence, albeit a little heavier, was easier to roll out. Absolutely 100% over the moon with our new lawn.

Bought turf and topsoil from these guys, absolutely happy with what I received , the communication from them is great, and the driver who brought the delivery was extremely helpful and saved me a good 2 hours of heavy manual labour

Very satisfied
I am a business user and I ordered turf from them last month. I found them to be efficient and reliable. The turf and top soil were good quality and at a really good price. I was very pleased with their service and will use them again.

Turf ordered Wednesday lunchtime and delivered Thursday morning, excellent service. Good quality turf offloaded in back garden adjacent to proposed site by very helpful delivery driver.
