Danielle works like no other Estate Agent I have experienced in all the years I have been letting out my property. She is very committed in getting the best results for her clients. She is transparent with the offers she receives and gives you the opportunity to decide which tenant is most suitable to live at your property. Even though Danielle runs Rok Marsh from Portsmouth she is willing to make numerous visits to my property at Hythe, Southampton to ensures that no opportunities are lost in getting the right tenant. Best of all she is available seven days a week and always acknowledges messages sent to her and works tirelessly to get results. She also thoroughly checks the tenants’ references and is knowledgeable of the requirement when taking on a tenant so as a landlord you have peace of mind. She is highly recommended.

These guys go over and above selling your house. Excellent communicators, professionalism and so so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I have no doubt in recommending them.

We have recently moved into one of ROK Marsh's managed letting properties. The process from start to finish has been professional, quick and easy - the latter two points being even more impressive as it all took place over the Christmas period!

ROK Marsh, though relatively new to the industry, seems to have the correct formula of "best practice" really with their clients in mind (both landlords AND tennants). They pleasantly surprised us by being so tech-forward, from their communication style and the right to rent checks. They have made a usually stressful time a lot simpler and easy to manage. Couldn’t recommend the team at ROK enough. My flat was sold within 24 hours of being marketed and had 11 viewings in total.
