It didn’t turn up
It didn’t turn up, even though I had a text to say it was going to be delivered on that day. No contact for two days. I had to chase only to find out that it had been broken in transit. These things happen but I would expect a call to let me know rather than me having to chase. How long would it have been before I was contacted if I hadn’t done it?!

Placed an order and received promptly within 2 days. Reported a small issue with the order and received a reply within an hour. Issue resolved and replacements received the next day. Amazing customer service and amazing beer!! Would not hesitate to use Rokit again in the future.

Great service and my order was sent and received very quickly. I received my order within a couple of days of ordering. This was perfect and I could order drinks that I couldn’t get anywhere else. I would recommend.
