Courier damaged original case??????
I cannot mark higher than 3 stars as my order did not arrive until after I contacted you to request information some 5 days into the order. The answer was that the courier had damaged the case and a new one was enroute. There appeared to be no follow up to the original delivery on your part. When my order eventually arrived I would doubt the strong packaging could easily be damaged. Communication was poor.

We are very sorry for the lack of communication, our mixed cases are sent via a third party and they had not informed us of the delay due to courier damage thus we had no idea. We have contacted our third party team and idscussed the matter so that we are notified much earlier with any missed deliveries.
Again we are very sorry for the delay and dissappointment with you order.

ABK Beer.
Delivered next day it’s a nice smooth beer Hell’s, Dunkel and wheat beer the latter had a short best before date though enough time to drink poured well I find pouring half at a time, good value. ABK
