I went online directly last week and paid in full for a 3x3 meter Gazebo for my sons birthday which we planned to use for this weekend.
I received an email confirming the payment but no further information regarding dispatch/delivery.
I followed this up yesterday to ask about the whereabouts of my order to be told it has been delivered.
The item was delivered to my front doorstep whilst we were away for the weekend so no one was home and this had not been received or signed for by us in person.
I have gone back to them and raised through the live chat and also via email which has been passed to the managers and they are refusing to to send a replacement for the goods of which I have not personally received.
In short they have taken my money and I have not received the goods of which they are not willing to resolve.
Personally I think this is very poor service and would avoid anyone else using at all costs!
One very unhappy customer/family who are £200.00 out of pocket.

Customer service was brilliant lady’s on the phone helped me out very quickly with emails responded to very quick.
They sorted out my mistake

Ordered and promptly received a pop up gazebo. On erecting it we found a stitching fault on a side panel. I contacted Rohen and they couriered a replacement panel which arrived the following day.
Efficient and courteous service. Would happily buy from them again.

I purchased a pop up gazebo recently and was disappointed to find the stitching coming away on the carry bag. I contacted the manufacturer Rohen and was very impressed with their customer service. A gentleman named Bill was extremely helpful and efficient and after receiving a copy of my original order despatched a replacement carry bag immediately. I cannot speak too highly of the customer service team at Rohen - well done - it is so refreshing to find a company that actually cares for its customers - I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their product is first class and I'm looking forward to using my new gazebo. Thanks again Rohen
