Zoe, Darcy and the team acted for us on a house purchase, having used them previously for a complex sale (shared freehold flat). As before, Zoe was professional, friendly, responsive and a real pleasure to work with. She was very flexible and very effective in considering our inputs/questions as things came to light. Just completed on a property with Michael. Had a few secretaries working alongside him (Faye/Sally/Lorraine) but all we attentive and got back straight away when we needed to speak rather than email. They were in constant contact with our estate agent whenever an issue came about, and kept us updated as needed.
