Excellent customer service
I ordered a shirt for my wife, and it ended up being the wrong size, however the quality was outstanding and the staff were more than helpful and courteous helping me exchange it for the right size.

As always the crew at RAD packed my order with grace and efficiency! I got it within a few days of ordering and that itself is a blessing! I love supporting local and these guys just make it extremely easy to do so.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Realized this a few hours later. I called and the wonderful woman on the line immediately found my order and fixed it. Great service you only get from a small business. Plus my sweatshirt is RAD :)
