Quick delivery had the boots on in this awful weather and I love them ! My first purchase will be definitely ordering again.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and great price! I bought 2 pairs of B stock wellies and struggled to find the imperfections. The quality is great and so far comfortable and my feet are dry!!

Great products, sizing takes a bit to be desired TBH. My size 4 daughter couldn't get her feet in the boots so I had to give her the size 5 and order a 6 for my other daughter. Meaning i was left with a 4 I couldn't return (as B stock), And this was normal cotton socks. Also, they VERY slow to dispatch items and acknowledge orders. No communication at all. so a mixed review from me.

I contacted the company after finding a split in my wellies & a new pair was sent immediately, FOC as the original pair were still within a 1 year guarantee period.
My daughter recommended this company for horse & dog walking activities & I would highly recommend them also.

I purchased a pair of Women’s Everyday Thermal Tall Side Adjustable 3mm Neoprene Insulated Wellington Boots on 2nd September 2023 after using Hunters for many years. They are the most comfortable boot I've tried but after 9 months they started to leak. I contacted Rockfish to ask if they had any stock as they had a sale on to be told there was no expected due date but they had another model due in August. I commented that it was disappointing they leaked after only 9 months and did not receive any reply.
Update - I've resent the email and Rockfish have dealt with the matter in a professional and courteous manner, thank you.

I’ve been wearing Rockfish wellies for years. Very comfortable. Very hard wearing - last for years. Comfortable in all weathers. Recently ordered online from Rockfish U.K. Efficient service. The wellies arrived in Ireland in about 3 days. Bit of tax to pay on them because of Brexit, but they’re worth it.

I received a pair of Rockfish Walkabouts through an online purchase via Equine52. In less than 6 months of normal use, with very little wear on the sole, the uppers split. Purchased in Feb 2023, split in June 2023. Despite my attempts to claim under warranty, I have received no refund, nor replacement (almost a year later). Now any emails to customer services go unanswered. Don't believe the hype.

Loved the boots - the most comfortable I have had. However, after just over a year they now leak and are not usable. No sign of wear or tear on the boots but still leaking.

Editing following response from Rockfish - they have kindly agreed to replace my wellies. Hopefully it was just a blip and these ones stand the test of time.

My new boots are perfect. They fit well and are long enough to wade in the water!

Couldn't supply the colour I wanted so, rather than just cancelling the order, they offered an alternative colour and delivered them postage free.

Reasonable product for the price, but the fabric on the insole has come away and exposed the foam below, this has now started wearing, making me very aware of the main sole's framework underneath my foot. I sent an email to their customer service at hellorockfishfootwear.com on the 12th March, but receive no response. On the 10th April, I found a phone number 01503 240615 on the internet, but when you phone it's not recognised. If this is Rockfish's idea of customer service, I will avoid there products and recommend others do the same.
