EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND SERVICE
absolutely delighted - ordered a heavy duty rubber matting for a cellar.
i made a mistake with the delivery address - rang the guys and it was changed immediately no problems, great communications re delivery, arrived a few days later , well packaged and excellent quality product. will use again and highly recommend. thanks Amanda

From the brilliant range of products, through ordering on Rocket Rubber's website, and their email communication I was already impressed. The delivery was a couple of days after ordering and when DPD sent the parcel to the wrong address and could not find it, Rocket Rubber were quickly available on the phone this afternoon and immediately contacted DPD. When DPD's investigations were going to take several days Rocket Rubber immediatly got back to me saying they were sending out another order for me which is set to arrive tomorrow morning.
Update: goods arrived promptly next morning and the product is really excellent. My guide dogs now have a non-slip, waterproof and comfortable surface on their grooming table.
I could not have been met with a more courteous, understanding and prompt response from them. I would not hesitate to use them again. outstanding service and great product.

Delivery was excellent and service exemplary.
We will order from you time and again.

Great service ,will definitely use again with no hesitation

Arrived quickly, product in good condition and as advertised.

Excellent service - item delivered in a very timely manner

Given my requirements I doubt that I would never have cause to use them again, but I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who requires any of their products

arrived on time, well packaged and good quality product, what more can you ask

Really fantastic product to reduce the echo in our room. It simply means that we no longer are walking on egg shells and avoiding being heard. Great stuff that arrived on time and I can’t thank you enough.

Easy purchase, great quality.

Great service, rapid depatch

Communication was helpful before I purchased the sound insulation. It was delivered by courier with a 1 hour timeslot which was very helpful. The insulation was as we hoped and we were able to fit it to our generator sound box very easily. The easiest way to cut it is with a serrated bread knife - cuts it like butter.

Excellent service and product, I placed my order in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day.
Thank you.

Very prompt and supportive team. We received the materials and samples on time. Excellent quality products.

Thank you.
Welbilt team.
