We are sorry you were unhappy paying our packing and delivery charges
We do offer Free delivery but only on slightly larger order than yours. Your order was a bespoke cut piece and this sometimes takes a little longer than full rolls or complete sheets.
We have 1000s of happy satisfied customers using our company for this service and we are sorry that you were not fully satisfied on this occasion. We hope you will consider purchasing from us again and if you do please contact me personally so I can ensure that your experience with us is second to none.
Thank you
