This company doesn’t seem to have a human being working for them. They are unresponsive. I can not contact them on any of their platforms. I have found two phone numbers for them, they are both inactive. I just need a simple problem fixed. I have been in touch with them for two days. All I get from them is absurd computerized responses.

Extremely comprehensive language tuition that offers a high return for your money and teaches you languages in depth. I highly recommend Rocket Languages to anyone who is serious about learning a new language.

I bought the full module for German. For me I would have preferred a fuller explanation of grammar and sentence structure. Also a lot of nouns are given to you without the gender (why not give them with der, die, das) which is not helpful when I’m trying to write them in a notebook (the course actually recommends you to do this!). So why 4 stars? Because they have a sixty day refund policy and within one day of asking for a full refund I had confirmation that this had been done (short delay before it appears on the credit card but that’s not their issue). So you really can buy and try without worrying whether this is the right course for you. Respect to customer services.

I purchased two Rocket Languages courses. When I discovered the course content was below my current language abilities, Rocket Languages refunded the course cots, as per policy, very quickly and with no questions asked. With such good and polite customer service, you can't go wrong.

I purchased access to the Level 1 Spanish on their Memorial Day sale for my trip to Bolivia. I didn't religiously complete it every day and only completed 2 modules before my trip; however my confidence to haggle with taxi drivers and vendors when travelling alone made it pay for itself. Very easy to follow and the method makes it click in your head.

Highly recommend Rocket.

Rocket Languages offers "Rocket Spanish". First off, I'll say this course is not kid friendly. A lot of the conversations are "adult" themed and kids should not be listening to this stuff.

Secondly, they complicate things so much is not even funny. I am a native Spanish speaker and know the language inside and out. What this course is good for is for someone teaching others on what NOT to do. It is good for someone just to get their feet wet but truly not for learning. Using this course, the actually learning comes from a teacher correcting all the flaws and filling in the missing pieces.

The best. User friendly. One price and it's yours for life. Can't recommend too highly.
