Amazing service.

Amazing service.. Items are dispatched very quickly. I love that postage is free when you spend £10. Thr items are always of a good quality, very pleased.

Brilliant customer service

Really pleased with the customer service and quick delivery. There was a slight issue (not Rockaways fault) and they sorted it straight away, no back and forth like some companies. Will definitely order with them again

Brilliant company, highly recommended

Last month was the first time I’ve used this company. They had brilliant communications right from ordering the item to checking everything was ok once delivered. Delivery was prompt and item arrived well packaged. The item was cheaper than anywhere else on the Internet too. Thank you for brilliant customer service! I highly recommend and would use again in future.

Absolutely love this company!
My first order was for a family members daughters birthday. I sent this directly to their house but when it was opened, one of the items received was incorrect. Initially I was annoyed as this was the first order with the company and only had 3 items on the order however I didn’t need to worry. I emailed the company and received a response within 30 mins with a resolution. The correct item was dispatched that day and received a few days later - can’t grumble at all!
I’ve since made an additional 2 orders and I’m sure there will be more in the future!

Product arrived on time

Product arrived on time, I had used the first class upgrade and the gift was shipped within 24 hours and a huge success on easter Sunday. I would recommend this shop.

Lanka kade animals

Ordered a few Lanka kade animals arrived quickly a small mix up where I ordered the pig but got sent the piglet but it was sorted very quickly, they sent out the pig and I got to keep the piglet with no extra charge (very kind) again arrived very quickly.. great company.. will be buying from them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
