Great website and great customer …

Great website and great customer service. My only issue was that I put in an order, but it wasn't until after I placed it that someone emailed me and said they didn't carry that item in stock anymore. Got a full refund.

I ordered a shirt as a gift for my granddaughter. It was perfect. Good price and fast shipping.

We ordered a shirt for my wife that she is happy with, quality is good. Price and shipping costs were reasonable. Shipping time however not so much, (Canada). It took longer than it was supposed to and tracking was unavailable. Inquiring to Rock.com was of no use either.

I've only ordered from Rock.com once so …

I've only ordered from Rock.com once so I don't feel like I have enough experience to say they are perfect, but the first experience was good and I will order from them again. The checkout process was easy and the shipping time on the onsies I ordered was fast. Products were what I expected.
