Frank is great as a trainer. He meets you where you are in your fitness journey. He comes up with a program for not only your training but your meals. I would highly recommend him!

Overall I just enjoy working out with Frank! He is great at encouraging me and even adjusting when needed (sometimes I get a twinge in my back). This has been a great experience and only a month in, I feel better, more alert, more energy and like I’m getting back to my old self. I look forward to what the future holds and can’t wait for my oldest to start working out as well.

Highly recommended
Frank is wonderful!! My son has gained not only the strength and agility he needs to be successful in sports but also confidence for daily life. The workouts are the highlight of my sons week . I highly recommend RocFit.

RocFit is a game changer!
My child (7 years old) LOVES RocFit! The youth workouts are fun, challenging, and perfectly designed for kids. Frank is amazing—motivating, positive, and great with all ages. We've already seen improvements in strength, confidence, and energy. Highly recommend RocFit to any parent looking to keep their kid active and healthy! Looking forward to many more sessions to come.
