Honestly, if a man named Alex (Al) is going to be your instructor you’re in for a treat, he will tell you off haha but make sure you listen to him if you want to pass - which he helped me do! Best experience I’ve had with any type of instructor in my life. He’s easy to get on with too and you know you’re with Al when he says “... even when you ain’t got nothing to do… check your mirrors!” What a legend! And what an Instructor! Hope for all the best with him and Robinsons

The attention to details and the professionalism of Dave,their chief instructor is second to none.You can pass first time with this man.Hes like a chief examiner and top instructor rolled into one..

I have done my class 2 training course here with Dave, highly recommend, very professional and build up my driving skills all the way through my lessons, build up my confidence and pass from first time with two minors. Thanks Dave for all your help

I just passed my category C+E and had a great experience with my instructor, Alex. He was very clear, calm and informative which really helped me shake off the nerves! Not to mention a really friendly guy.

Very happy with my experience of the class 1 course. The care and knowledge received was top notch. After having daily training sessions for a week, planned test for the Friday, it then being cancelled and rescheduled for the following Tuesday meant I’d be in a completely different vehicle which worsened the nerves. But having my instructor Alex, I was prepared for all situations and passed first time. So again, my biggest thanks to Alex. Made to feel very comfortable, boosts confidence and just friendly general conversation.
100% would recommend to anyone, faultless.

That’s it. By Friday? Smooth as silk, near-perfect run.

He didn’t just teach how to drive lorries – he un-clogged my brain.

Can’t give Robinson Training Services Ltd enough credit!!.
I was apprehensive starting this course as going for your HGV and passing is a challenge within’ itself but on arriving I was greeted by MICK who turned out to be my mentor….. trainer etc. He took me through my paces step by step and guided me through every challenge…. After the 1st day I felt at ease, communication was impeccable!. I met STEVE the boss as well with whom I passed my Reverse Test with, and again….. what a great guy!.
Honestly, if you want your HGV License then look no further than ‘Robinson Training Services Ltd!. Excuse my language but BLOODY BRILLIANT!.
I want to take this opportunity of thanking MICK for not only being a fantastic Trainer but also being one hell of a Top Guy😊
Passed my Class 1 first attempt with only 3 minors but should have been only 1 minor to be fair!🥴

Big thanks to Robinson and especially Alex on helping me pass my category C+E licence. The training I received was informative and delivered in a calm and friendly demeanour which helped calm me down and take all the information in without being overwhelmed and stressed, I always felt like they had belief in me and it feels great to finally have passed. Had 8 days with Robinson thanks to Alex and Dave I was able to pass my practical driving test, highly recommend and very knowledgeable instructors also very helpful.

I had my course this week and passed on Friday. I had Gary as my instructor and it couldn’t have gone any better. Passed my C+E first try, if it wasn’t for his calm approach to the lessons I probably would have been a lot more stressed leading up to my test on the Friday. Much appreciated

I passed my c + e category with Robinson today retest had first one on 23rd Dec 2024 and failed unfortunately but I would like to take the opportunity to say to people if you don't pass first time don't get disheartened keep at it you will get through with the professional instructors on Robinson's training a big thank you to Alex last year and also big up to Dave for today all the best Gary

Just past my CAT C & E today, first attempt with 2 minors all thanks to my instructor Alex from Robinson’s best instructor ever, firm but fair and kind enough to pass all his years of knowledge on to me in such a short space of time, thank again Alex.

Hello, today just passed my C+E with Robinson Training Services. I am very happy with their services, always helpful, amazing office staff and instructors, i cannot thank you enough to Mr Dave and Mr Toby. They guided me very well in the whole process, their comunication skills, guidance and trust is unbeatable, very very very professional and in the meantime funny and sense of humor that made my learning less stressful. I had engaged with another instructors from Robinson Training Services and they are same top men and helpful, i am really happy to know them as well.
