Bought a set of these from the RW web site. Quality great, despatch time great, everything great. The only issue that unfolded was that the product was on offer at the time I placed my order on another part of the RW website with a 20% reduction. My transaction went through at full price and not at the reduced offer price. I have to be honest, I felt a little deceived/cheated by RW and the way its website worked. I felt strongly enough to follow up with RW and enquired if buying a product from different parts of their website resulted in different prices and whether this was the customer experience they were trying to create for their customers. Their response did not answer my question but offered me 10% off future purchases. Disappointed with the response and although I only have myself to blame for not checking the offers part of their website before I made my purchase, I actually don't think most people have the time or inclination to check multiple parts of a website for better deals for the same product. An item is either on offer or it isn't right?. I've been a RW fan for decades and have bought and enjoyed many of their products but this experience left a sour taste. Out of principle, I will not be making any future purchases from RW

As outlined in our previous email correspondence, the “20% off Knives” promotional email did not apply to Christmas Decorations. The price of the Christmas Decorations was reduced approximately one week after you had received your order.
As with all promotions and offers, these are subject to stock availability and the applicable terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
