In August we ordered a vegan leather bomber jacket for £50 and we wanted to return it because it was such poor quality for the price - nothing like the reviews posted with the jacket which must have been fake. After several emails back and forth we paid £26 to return it to China, more out of principle than anything else given we'd still be out of pocket. It sat in customs in China for months, with the retailer not helping at all. Today we've received the jacket back in the post because if was 'refused '. Do not order from this company!

Scam, boots never delivered

Order has not arrived, sent emails that do not get answered Please do not use this company IT IS A SCAM

Scammers. Paid for shoes, no delivery and no website contact details.

Absolute rubbish, the £350 boots being sold for £70 are fake leather and are falling apart after being worn twice. Avoid this Chinese rubbish being sold as English leather shoes.

Feel SO stupid….. for trusting this company( my husband warns me about these companies…. but it gives you reassurance as it Manchester in the company name) Its all a big scam….. I have still not received the jacket I ordered and have sent 2 emails but no response….. want to report to trading standards but unsure how 🤦‍♀️ Wish wish wish i had read the reweiws 😞

This is a SCAM! Do not be fooled like we have been. I wish we had read these reviews. As the other reviews have said, we were totally fooled into thinking this was a UK company. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and when it finally arrived the quality is not even something I would buy for a pet! Now they are ignoring my emails. £75.00 gone. Absolutely vile people/company to do this to people.

Stay well clear from these. They make out they are in uk and the items are shipped from Hong Kong. Took 3 weeks for delivery. My item was too small so I wanted to return it. Returns address is Hong Kong. Price of item £38. Cost to return it £33.. what a con.. stay well clear and shop elsewhere.

Did not receive my item. I did not realise they were a scam company before buying from them. They refused my refund and I was forced to chargeback with my bank.

Ordered a coat and it took 4 weeks to arrive. Didn’t like it so wanted to return it, turns out the return address is china, which is not displayed on the website. It looks like you’re buying from a UK company but it’s not.

Not a genuine site. Orderd a essential hoody for my son's birthday £40.. when arrived it's just a cheap black hoody. So angry with my self for trusting. They have offered a 10% refund for me to keep the hoody. Want a full refund. Waiting on reply

I ordered for a pair of trainers since July 30th, 2025. It said delivery in 5 days. Till today 17th September, 2025 I am yet to receive order. I have wrote them several times but no response. Also, surprisingly the product is being shipped from China when the website clearly says Manchester. It is a complete scam so please stay away

SCAM..!!!

The item I received was totally different and cheapest quality.
They won’t even do free returns, they will give you some weird address of China, without full information where you have to pay shipping charge by yourself.
Just don’t waste your money and time like me.

Wish I had read the reviews. Absolutely not clear the goods were coming from China . Took ages to arrive and when they did nothing like the picture and not fit for purpose . Getting a refund has been impossible I was offered a 10% partial refund then 20%, they clearly don’t want the rubbish back!! I want a full refund however customer services aren’t providing a full address so I can’t return them . A total waste of money .
Do not use this website if I could do zero stars I would!!

Scam website - item took a month to arrive although it was quoted to arrive in 5 days
Requested a cancellation when it became clear it wouldn't arrive in time, customer service didn't respond for weeks until it had been shipped from China (though noted as a British website)
Item arrived, looks nothing like website, and now battling for a return and refund though return address looks like it is associated with multiple scam websites

Ordered a pair of swimming shorts for £30.99. No order email confirmation and never received order.

Customer service won’t refund and are not addressing my issue.

Very poor Quality item ordered a suit was nothing like the picture half the suit was a faded colour like it had been bleached or left out in the sun folded up. No response when you try to contact customer service. Would never order again
