No food delivered, just went hungry while we waited!
Well, the first time they attempted delivery they said we weren’t home
(we were, and no one knocked or called, we suspect they couldn’t find our door). We messaged the service and they were great and said they’d get the order out again, but by the time they did there wasn’t any couriers available, womp. We asked them to roll over the order the to next weekend, but instead no response and a straight up refund. Gutted, because we were really looking forward to the meal!

I was allowed to place an order and pay when orders weren’t being taken. I have not received a refund. I did not receive a roast.

I received my roast dinner order with the wrong meat, which was disappointing as the rest of the roast was so good!
