Road Buddy Recensioni

Cracking service in Nottingham when I had a blow out occur.

Excellent service all done under one hour

This company charged me £100 before coming out to change the wheel on my car. Knowing that they wouldn't be able to do the job. I sent photos of my tyre, their mechanic said that he didn't have the key to take off the wheel. Knowing all this they still sent mechanic out only to tell me they couldnt do the job. I asked for my £100 back as the job couldnt be done, not my fault i had explained everything to the company they still Refused to return my £100. I would never trust this company, they take £100 before they even come out to the job

Honest price, super fast pick-up. 30 minutes I waited.
Competent driver on the winch. Rims didn't get scratched when being locked down.

Very good experience I am happy

Yesterday I had a tire blowout in Stockport, within 30 minutes, I had a new tire on, and I was on my way all the way through they guided me and told me what I need to do, well recommended special if your like me and don’t know what to do in situations like that

Top service, Hazim was fantastic super quick and very polite young man

Quick response. Managed to get someone out to me despite the height restriction of the car park i had broken down in. The guy who came, Gerard, was excellent and sorted me out super quick. He was very nice and helpful. Only bad point is it was a bit expensive.

Quick and efficient service to jump start my car at home. Someone came within 10 mins after made initial call out payment.

Hazem was really friendly and helpful. Helped me fix my issue really quick.

It was just before 5pm when I noticed that I had a screw in the wall of my tyre. I had to drive 160 miles the following morning to attend a funeral. I have an EV with Hankook EV tyres which are pretty difficult to source and as my tyre was completely flat and I could not now drive the car. After a search I found Road Buddy and after a quick phone call they said they could source the new tyre and have it fitted by 10am. They constantly kept me updated and by 9.15 they turned up and fitted the new tyre. The service was really fantastic. I could not recommend them enough and I made the funeral in good time. Thank you Road Buddy! 👍😍

I got a tyre puncher and i called them they came and fitted my 2 front tyres in less than 20 minutes. Great communication and great service. Previous customer & i will be calling them again when i need new tyres

Friendly team who were quick to come to our aid and were very efficient.

Prompt service, but six weeks on I haven’t received a promised receipt. ☹️

My fitter was fantastic! Very personable, and professional - exactly what one needs when they're stranded with a flat on the M25 hard shoulder with the trucks and all roaring by! Thanks Road Buddy - bigger thanks to my Fitter.

Recently got a flat tyre on a Sunday and needed it changed on the same day so i could get to work Monday. Road buddy came out within 40 minutes. The guy was friendly and professional. Yes it was more expensive than going to a garage but I suppose you are paying for the speed of service and the convenience of them coming to you. Would recommend and use again

Excellent service. After being stranded on a country lane with a blown tyre - they responded quickly and efficiently. Kept to the guaranteed time frame and were the most reasonably priced. The man who arrived was also very friendly. Highly recommend

Road Buddy saved the day for me! They were very quick at responding and Abdul was very helpful and clear when asking for information about my vehicle.
I also wasn’t able to leave the office whilst the work was being done in the office car park and Road Buddy were very accommodating with this. I would definitely use them again! Awesome!

Did the job quickly and efficiently. Sam could not have been more helpful
