Ich war sehr zufrieden.Es steht ein kostenloses shuttle zur verfügung.Man wird von einem sehr freundlichen Team empfangen(sogar deutschsprachig). Die übergabe und einweisung waren super und genau wie die Rückgabe problemlos.Das Wohnmobil war top und super ausgestattet(anders als in Denver und Los Angeles).Ich kann die Station nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder ein Wohnmobil dort mieten!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Traumferien mit Road Bear!

Wir waren 30 Tage mit einem Camper von Road Bear unterwegs und haben die schönsten Ferien unseres Lebens verbracht!

Schon bei der Übernahme haben wir uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein ganz herzliches Kompliment an Susi aus Deutschland: Sie hat uns in aller Ruhe alles gezeigt und verständlich erklärt. Dazu gab es viele hilfreiche Tipps für unterwegs. Auch die Rückgabe verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos.

Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Unterstützung während unserer Reise: Bei kleinen Defekten wurde auf unsere E-Mails sofort geantwortet und uns schnell weitergeholfen. Das gibt einem unterwegs ein gutes Gefühl!

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den freundlichen und kompetenten Service. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Road Bear mieten und können das Unternehmen von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Mit Road Bear hatten wir sehr gute Erfahrungen. Freundliches Personal in San Leandro (CA) sowie in Linden (NJ).
Mit dem Fahrzeug gab es keinerlei Probleme. Übernahme und Abgabe reibunglos.

My RV was well equipped and ready on-time.

Overall, it was convenient to rent from Road Bear.

My camp site was located on some narrow roads, that I found it hard to drive the camper to, but that was Road Bear's fault.

Very helpful and nice staff, fair conditions, vehicles pretty new. Have rented with them for the second time now and we'd do it again.

Wir haben den Camper in Seattle übernommen und merkten dann das wir auf einem Rad Luft verloren. So haben wir Road Baer in San Francisco angesteuert und uns wurde in 45 min ein neues Rad montiert, ohne viel Gewese und wir konnten weiterfahren.
Sonst alles top im RV und auch wenig km runter.

I was looking for an RV with quality RVs in excellent condition. They absolutely delivered. The RV was in excellent condition and their service was great.

It was a great trip to meet with our family at Kennedy Meadows resort, it was very convenient and we enjoyed our stay there, on our way back home we just kept enjoying stopping at Jamestown, Toloumne city, etc, It was fun, The RV was very clean and

Super Service! War einfach nur ein genialer Urlaub dank euch!

Customer service was great and I would say the overall experience was something we won’t forget but the pricing is not as accurate as listed on their website. Be prepared to pay out the butt for gas, total mileage at the end was about 50 cents per mile, RV parks…etc. We also bought a package that included internet but they do not express that it is not unlimited at all, you get about a days worth and then you have to pay for more throughout your trip through the device app. Just be prepared to pay about 2-3 times the amount that is initially listed when you’re checking out RVs. I also wish they had a way to return vehicles early and get refunded the amount not used (similar to how enterprise works).

We chose Road Bear because friends and reviews promised it was worth the extra money—after all, you’re supposed to get relatively new RVs in excellent condition. That was absolutely not the case for us, however. We didn't get any duvets, the furnace didn't work, the fridge failed for two weeks and made terrible, extremely loud noises at night, the dump hose had holes in it, the drain valve didn't close properly—meaning all the "sh**" spilled over when we opened the cap...
We were traveling with a baby, so these were major issues! The "emergency hotline" kept us on hold for at least 30 minutes, and the help we eventually received was completely useless (we were told to find a repair shop ourselves, buy duvets, buy a space heater and a cooler, etc.). Not that easy in the remote Rockies and I wanted a vacation, not a trip where I had to repair the RV myself! In the end, we had to argue for hours about the refund when returning the RV because the hotline hadn't told us we needed to bring back all the items we’d purchased (duvets, ice packs, cooler, etc.). What we would like to add: if the discussion at the drop off had been more customer oriented and not such an unpleasant and negative unfriendly and almost hostile situation the overall experience had been more positive (these things could likely happen in RVs) and we would have given perhaps 3 or even 4 stars (and turned a blind eye)
Bottom line: I absolutely cannot recommend this RV rental company! Save your money or—in my opinion—rent in Canada instead. The Fraserway RVs looked way better; the difference was striking.

We had an outstanding and memorable experience with Road Bear in San Francisco (San Leandro), made truly exceptional thanks to the incredible dedication and expertise of the mechanics.
Not long after picking up our RV, we had an accident with another car that damaged the right-front corner and door. We called the helpline right away and went back to the San Leandro depot. The next morning, we were still shaken and worried about our four-week trip. We were glad we had the best insurance, but since it was Memorial Day weekend, we didn’t expect to get a replacement van. To our surprise, the branch manager told us the mechanics could replace the door so we could keep going. Four hours later, we were back on the road. The repair was so good you couldn’t tell there had been any damage. We ended up having a great adventure in northern California.

The van was wonderful: the bed , very comfortable; the kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we would need to self-cater on our journey. Although we mostly used the showers at the campsites, we also used the shower in the van and were impressed by the size of the shower cubicle and the power of the shower. We drove a total of 1600 miles, and the van handled the array of roads very well, although some of the roads on CA 1 and in the Redwoods were narrow at times.

We are deeply appreciative of the entire depot staff, whose kindness, professionalism, and can-do spirit turned a stressful situation into a positive one. A heartfelt thank you, especially to the talented mechanics for their swift and skilful help—we truly couldn’t have continued our journey without you.
