Would definitely recommend. They were friendly, efficient.
To come home to a warm house is such a blessing so grateful to all that worked so hard to get things sorted and in a space of two weeks amazing!!! Eventhough it was within them two weeks they cleaned up after themselves. They did above and beyond. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you guys

Have worked with RMS energy for several years and have never had any issues at all with them .
Professional company, customer service is excellent (always go above and beyond), all their installers are knowledgable, clean, tidy and always on time.

A super responsive and knowledgeable company, happy to share all areas of expertise that help increase the value of the property, heating being one!

As a landlord they were contracted to fit new storage heaters in a flat.
After a survey they then completed the work. On a visit I discovered that they had not replaced the one in the hall. Unbeilable that they told the tenant to leave the door of her lounge open, which would then heat the hall. I emailed them on this, never had a reply.
I then contacted them by phone and spoke to Alex. He said he would look into it, and has never got back to me.
I have a feeling that they have done this work under a grant, and I can't find out from where. It seems that they have charged for the full job, but have not completed the work in full.

I trust this review may stir them into action.

Update: still no reply, emailed returned. So now wondering if they are still in business?
So I sent them a recorded delivery letter, with a return address. So that will tell me if they are still trading..
If anyone reading this has any idea who pays them these grants that would be helpful.
I have a feeling their workmen kept the new radiator, knowing perhaps they were going out of business.
Next step I guess is trading standards.

I was recommended RMS from a friend for external wall insulation. I was promised that my job would be approved even though a survey was not done. I had limited time on my GHG voucher and urged RMS to get things rolling. Delayed my job and finally unable to get it done. Staff were misleading. If i do get the voucher again will not go back or recommend.

Had my boiler changed and heating issues resolved from RMS. They came out and conducted a survey followed by the installation. The service and professionalism was excellent. Highly recommended

Two fitters came today, very pleasant and efficient.
I look forward to being warmer 🙂

Hands down best energy company I’ve come across for many years, so attentive and their workmanship is second to none. From survey through to installation they were on the ball with everything. Would highly recommend this company and their services to anyone looking to have any boiler/electric heating replacements or insulation energy grants through the government schemes.

John from RMS visited today to install storage and panel heaters. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Overall a trustworthy and friendly person to deal with. 5 Stars.

Great team and very happy with their work! I have worked with Shaun and Alex on several properties where they assisted with getting several properties insulated and update the heating. The standard in which they have left the properties after their work is complete has been immaculate!

Nice company to deal with. We contacted them for the Green home grant scheme. The engineer came quickly to check the treatment needed.
Once the scheme was in place, the job has been booked and carry out quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommended.
