Nach meiner Registrierung habe ich mein Konto verifiziert und angefangen zu spielen. Ich habe den Bonus genutzt und alles verloren. Mein Konto war leer und der Bonus war nicht mehr aktiv. Ich habe 50 € eingezahlt und 750 € erhalten. Als ich eine Auszahlung beantragte, wurde alles storniert, weil ich angeblich betrunken gewesen sei. Mir wurde aber nicht genau gesagt, was ich falsch gemacht hatte. Ich bekam zwar die kompletten Spielregeln mit allen verbotenen Aktionen, aber mein Fehler wurde nicht erwähnt.
