Best experience
Recently I had to make an emergency booking so instead going through websites, reached Riya Travels. Honestly, their service was awesome which made me to take some time to share the experience. Especially would like to thank the associate Ajil Kurian who was very patiently explained the options and promptly responded to all queries. He is very customer focused and his help was appreciated. On top of this, Riya provided the best price. I would definitely recommend Riya to friends.

costly error
Please make sure you share the dates for your travel over email. I unfortunately booked my tickets well in advance but had passed on the details over phone conversation. This was followed up from their end by a test mail to share the passenger details after we agreed on a quote for the dates I requested over phone. 3 months later I realized that the return date was messed up(Jun instead of July). I had missed noticing the error when the ticket was issued by them. And I didn't have any proof to show that they got the dates wrong because the conversation was over phone. The mistake turned out to be very costly as I ended up paying 1226 USD to correct it. While I should have caught the mistake when the ticket was issued, I wish they had been more careful while collecting the details.
My sister s family had an issue of getting a ticket issued with wrong last name for one of the passengers. She fortunately caught the mistake the same day but the flight farr had increased by then and she had to pay the difference.
We have gone with other agencies in the past who collect info online and haven't had any issues. The agent I worked with here was responsive. But because of the overall experience not turning out great, I ll not go with this agency in the future nor will I recommend this to anyone.

EXcellent service with personal touch
We have booked our tickets through Riya on two occasions. The staff are really good especially Mamatha and they have well understood our needs in detail and got us the best prices on both occasions. We have no hesitation in recommending them for travel needs to our friends.
