The customer service was remarkable. Everyone in the office treated us very well and their hospitality was excellent. Gary the staff member who served us explained everything clearly and gave us a room for other options to our choice. Had the car we wanted in great condition at a good price. Phoned them in the afternoon gave all the info about the car then sent me a walk-around video of the car. Agreed the sale & they delivered next day.

Absolutely shocking place to be dealing cars they know exactly what's gone on with the s max I bought off them oil leaks rear crankshaft seal clutch and flywheel knackered the list goes on and on I'll end the review with trading standards are on your tail if more people like me report this company with a true major issue it will get shut down wich it should be. To add to your reply it wasn't the external link that was fault it was 2nd gear and 2nd gear snycro and the hub GEARBOX Fault you the decided to cancel my warranty and I had to pay for that repair myself since this I've had 0 communication with yourself ( wiped your hands with me) by law you have a legal obligation to fix or refund the cost of the repair wich wasn't done even after providing the invoice

There were two reported faults with the vehicle, the first fault was repaired under the warranty. It was explained that the external linkage was not covered under the warranty T&Cs and you were offered a full refund of the warranty, which was accepted.

Even put my private plates on for me, put a year’s mot on it for me even though it had 5 months still on the car.

Phoned up becky johnson at rix motors on a wednesday and drove away on the thursday after they’d put the car through a full service and put a 12 month mot on it. told them my problems in the past with finance i’ve had through another dealership and she treated me golden cars a smooth drive and love every bit of it 🙂

My partner bought a car from these…
My partner bought a car from these cowboys and after a few weeks was told it needed a new engine, to then be told either pick a new car or unwind the deal they are not replying to the finance company leaving us being unable to get a new finance… also they are using a retired mechanic to fix the cars from home..also tried to say we damaged the car when we have video footage of the car leaving my house with no visible damage on the day of return

We are sorry to see that you have left us a 1 star review. From our records we can see that the deal was unwound and payments are being returned.
We have a workshop with fully qualified mechanics, and all vehicles go through that workshop.
The car was returned to us with considerable damage to both the front bumper and the drivers rear quarter, which was not present at the point of sale. We have photographic evidence of the condition the vehicle was in when it was sold.
