Darren and his team made my absolute day..i rang ahead to explain my circumstances and needed to buy a car and be able to take it on the same day. Not a problem was greeted instantly and offered teas or coffee,Darren was a fantastic guy no pressure at all, saw the perfect car I wanted, while we was dealing with payments and paperwork the car had been ready waiting for me with fuel and a full check all clean inside and out.. can not fault this place the guys are all amazing

The sales person did not work for the sale I sold it to myself
The sales person did not work for the sale on the first attempt I made I called a second time a few weeks later tried to use a different person but was referred back to the first I sold myself the car he did the paperwork on delivery I waited four 4 hours then got given the keys walked to my car spent not 5 minutes on hand over got out and left me to figure it out. When I sent an email the next day asking 2 questions I felt I had to ask as did not quite understand I got a very rude email reply.
I came back to Rix for my second car purchase as my previous experience on my first car was fantastic in total my family have purchased 5 cars from Rix but we will now think twice before buying another. I feel it might not be a lot of money to you but was a lot to me and to be handled with no care just a sale is sad

I have had multiple cars from Rix; they have always been great to deal with. Fantastic PX price and well-looked-after vehicles. They have always been more than happy to help with any issues I have had, and they sorted out my new car without hassle. I couldn't recommend them enough. I will carry on using Rix in the future.

Perfect sale with Darren, a lovely guy
Met Darren as we arrived and what a lovely guy! The car was and so far, is perfect. We negotiated a price that gave them a profit and me a deal and I drove away the same day, very happy. Had a bad experience elsewhere and I wish I'd come here sooner, I will come back for my next car and will recommend to anyone looking.
