My Five-Star Experience
My experience was excellent! I had mistakenly told them in incorrect resort my wife and I were staying at; however, they were able to coordinate the new transfer location within minutes. Mind you this was in the vehicle on the way to the resort! The driver and company were very gracious and I could not ask for a better experience! I 100% recommend them and will always use them when I vacation there! You will not be disappointed.

Do not pay ahead of time
We had a difficult time finding our driver. Stood by the pillar waiting and he finally walked to us.
We had paid ahead of time, had proof of payment and they said we didn't pay. We had to pay again to the driver who refused to text the company to say we paid. Would not recommend this company. Canceled for our return and went with a different company. They were more reliable and made us feel more comfortable.

At the time of your pickup, the advance payment had not yet gone through in our system, which is why our team believed the transfer had not been prepaid. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
Please rest assured that the payment you initially made has been fully refunded — including the USD 225 and USD 38 charges. This means your arrival transfer was ultimately provided free of charge.
We truly regret the miscommunication and the discomfort this situation caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we are reviewing our internal processes to help prevent this from happening again in the future.

No one showed up infront of airport
No one showed up infront of airport. Waited 30 minutes, called Hector 3 times with no answer and finally took a cab and left to the hotel. Someone called me on my way caliming that they were there all along. Terrible service.

However, it is clear that there was a miscommunication, and we sincerely regret that you were unable to locate each other. Global Riviera is absolutely wonderful from the first contact to the last. They answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. They were on time, easy to find, and pick up for the return trip to the airport was seamless. I would recommend them to anyone going to Cancun. Ana and Laura were amazing and extremely responsive!

Our flight home was moved an hour sooner and our shuttle service made sure to pick us up on time so we wouldn't miss our flight!
