Appalling Service. Took my money, never received the order. No one answers emails or my many phone calls.
It they have gone bust they should not still be taking customers money.

Apologies for not doing this before now. I have been snowed under.
Please see what I have written:
I have used these guys for a couple of projects. I knew what I wanted to do, but didn’t know what method and material I would use given the environment the projects would be subjected to.
The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and understood what I wanted to do. I was asked for photos, samples of material, and where they would be used. After a couple of conversations I had some samples posted to me for free to try out. I was also advised on what tool would be best for application.
Overall. Pretty good service. Hard to find these days!

A Good Experience.
Lucy was very helpful and followed the enquiry through to completion. I didn't have to chase for information as she came back regularly to me.

Friendly & Helpful
Lucy was a great help to my colleague in the quotation stage and then to myself when i needed to order the item in my colleagues absence. friendly staff willing to help.

Rivnut tools
Just bought 2 new rivnut tools, Lucy was really helpful and organised a site visit to show us an alternative tool that they supply.
Overall been really helpful and will continue to use in the future
