I booked three of my holidays through Rivaro. Feroze, the CEO at Rivaro is absolutely brilliant! Feroze is always happy to help, no matter what time of the day and fantastic at communicating. He gave me lots of advise on my travels and the information he provided was super useful. He kept me in the loop of everything that was happening and when I will receive the information. His customer service was impeccable!! If you want a hassle free travel, you can book with Rivaro in confidence. I would 100% recommend him.

Absolutely impeccable service from Rivaro Travel (Feroze), this guy couldn't do enough for us, always communicating with me, always happy to help no matter what time of day. We had some problems with the airline not Rivaro and he sorted it very quickly. I've now booked Canada and Dubai with this company, all I want is hassle free travel and the confidence knowing that your travel agent will look after you should something go wrong, honestly, can't rate this company highly enough. I'm not sure whether they are the cheapest, mid range or expensive but that doesn't even come into it, it was his personal approach that sold it to me, don't even hesitate to book with these guys. I don't often write reviews but when I do its because someone is absolutely terrible or absolutely brilliant and these guys were the latter - BRILLIANT

Having always researched and booked my own flights and hotels, I decided to use an agent for my current holiday as the name Rivaro kept coming highly recommended on various social media platforms. I thought I'd give them a try and I'm so glad that I did. Feroze has been incredibly professional, helpful and responds promptly - even out of hours. I would 100% recommend giving them a try and will definitely be using them again for my future travel requirements.

We booked with Rivaro Travel for our summer holiday to Turkey. Feroze was so patient, helpful & listened to our various requirements; being available even on a Sunday evening when we had a query during on-line check in. Fast track security passes were thrown in which was super helpful with kids in tow and they price matched another quote we obtained. I will definitely be booking future holidays with Rivaro.

Rivaro is a fantastic organisation! I would recommend Rivaro for all your travel needs. They treat a customer not as a king, but GOD. For Mr. Feroze, the CEO of Rivaro, there is only one boss and that is the CUSTOMER. He provides such a great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. In my case, he went that extra mile at every stage to provide customer support. Qatar airways cancelled our flight without any further notice. While most of the other co-passengers were stranded at the airport without support from their travel agents, Mr. Feroze stood hours and hours by our side and provided constant telephone assistance. He could not only confirm our rebooking with another flight within hours by contacting the higher authorities of the airways but went a step ahead in calling our hotel in India to modify the booking at not extra cost!!! I am sure that no other travel agency did immediately respond and gone to an extent of thinking about all the possible compensations from the client side. This clearly shows why he deserves the best young business man award for 2022. Let us support this young team that deserves the most!

We recently decided to travel to Italy and explore Rome and Sorrento. We had specific requests in terms of flight times, transfers and hotel choices. We spoke to a number of independent travel agents and found Feroze to be the most helpful. He managed to get us the flights, transfers and hotels within budget despite all the worldwide travel issues at the moment. He was patient even though at times we couldn’t make up our minds and reworked itinarys/quotes a number of times to ensure we got what we wanted.

The excellent customer service didn’t just stop after we booked. All booking info, tickets were provided promptly and he’s kept in touch and answered any pre-travel questions. Just today, we had a few technical issues with our airlines website and he spent the day liaising between us and the airline to resolve the issue even though it was an airline issue and not his.

Customer service like this is not common these days so I would not hesitate in recommending Feroze and his team at Rivaro travel for your future holidays.
