Rivo lounge in Chippenham always has friendly staff and good food, I go here with my partner a couple of times a month

Men service er på måden

Hele vejen igennem elendig service. Fx: Vi spørger tjeneren om der er nødder i brødet. Tjener svarer: Det ved jeg ikke… Mig: Kan du spørge i køkkenet… Tjener: Hvorfor det… Tjener spør’ alligevel i køkkenet og fortæller, at der ikke tages specielle hensyn. 😳😳
Fuldstændig uhørt og tillige ulovligt.
Madens kvalitet var som resten, - ganske elendig.

Rubbish club manager wanted to fight me because of a failed card payment when the issue was a result of their poor internet

The venue is well-maintained and offers ample space. While the bar is relatively small, it is suitable for small to medium-sized events. During my Saturday visit, I noticed they had kitchen facilities, but unfortunately, no food was being served at that time. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. One of the highlights is the excellent transport connectivity, making it easy to access the city from the venue.

My friend and I attended this restaurant on Castle Street Liverpool Saturday 1st July, we were met by the front of house staff and I can honestly say the young lady Lucy who attended to us was wonderful, she is a credit to this restaurant very attentive and so helpful, the meal was lovely and the service excellent, I just wanted to let you know Lucy is a credit to your restaurant

We came to the restaurant for the first time with some friends who eat there regularly. It was a brilliant experience. The atmosphere, the menu and drinks choice was excellent. Our meals were delicious, quality ingredients and superb value. A huge thank you to Liz who looked after our table all evening. She was friendly, helpful, informative and thoroughly brilliant. It is so lovely to receive such fantastic customer care. Thank you Liz, we will definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again.

Really enjoyed the bottomless brunch, was a birthday celebration and was made to feel very special. So nice to be in a club atmosphere with a DJ playing good songs, forgot about Covid for a few hours!! Louise was brilliant and very helpful when I asked questions. Don’t hesitate to book. Lovely food, great atmosphere and really nice, attentive staff. Thank you Riva Lounge.

Cannot even begin to express how fabulous it was being out out again after 18months of restrictions. So glad I chose Riva for my girls’ celebration- what an absolutely brilliant, brilliant place! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious and the DJ played the best of the best club classics. The vibe was just incredible. Importantly also, the “bottomless” part of the brunch was so slick and generous. I never had an empty glass. Will definitely be returning to Riva. Already looking at dates... can’t recommend highly enough.

Brilliant Day in a lovely atmosphere. Food was really lovely presented & tasted just as good as it looked! Was never without a drink and the service was impeccable.
To top it off, the DJ played all the songs we loved. Had a blast of a time! Thank you 😊
