I reached out to these people purposely enquiring on the knee support with adjustable tendons and knob I was sent to web site that I could not see by expanding view which it would not do .
I should have not ordered the product but I trusted in site I was sent too never order from these folks !! Their response was not satisfactory I had no problem paying more .
In the end … there is a lot of people selling these find another company who cares about the customers they serve these guys are just resellers not manufactures of their products

They suck and they say they will give you 20% back and they don’t this company is a scammer that take hard working people’s money even though the product is nothing like it’s advertised

If possible to give 0 stars- that's what they deserve- PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The order never arrived, they claim they're not liable for it because the shipping company showed that it was delivered and asked me to follow up with the courier company myself (They chose the courier not me).

They wouldn't refund me despite the courier mentioning that it's been classified as a lost item on their side so i can get a refund.

Worst experience buying online and i blame myself, i should have done research on them instead of looking at the fake instagram reviews they have. IT's a SCAM Company, they will take your money and not respond to your messages. I will be taking this up legally.

I ordered 2 sets of sleeves only to receive 1 set, after I contacted the company - which took some time for them to get back to me- their reply was that the advertisement was incorrect and it should have only said 1 x set but it clearly indicated 2 x sets. They offered me a 20% refund which I accepted and today i have still not received any refund - I have contacted them and they tell me they did not receive my acceptance even after I sent them a screenshot of their reply accepting my reply and stating that a refund would be sent to my credit card.
What a joke of a company I believes they are scamming people and would not order anything else from this company due to their stalling tactics and poor communication- stay well clear of this company.

Do not buy. Not as advertised and no refund or communication. Awful.

Scammers. Long shipping times and only send 1 sleeve when you order pairs. Got money back thru credit card dispute.

Wish I had read the real reviews before placing the order. - ‘pair of sleeves’ is a singular sleeve. Rip off.

Orders the compression leggings through instagram Ad. Emailed after waiting over a week, to be told they having a delay as they are so busy. Emailed for refund - no reply at all.
Scam site clearly.

Would give a zero score if possible. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU EXPECT A PAIR OF SLEEVES!!!!!! You will only get one sleeve. They do not answer any form of contact you try to make so take a little advice and look elsewhere

Be very careful when ordering. Single leg sleeves are advertised as 'pairs', but only one sleeve will be sent.

As others have confirmed, the help@ritualrecover email address does not exist. They do not respond to any requests on their ‘contact us’ form.

The sleeves are uncomfortable and will slip. My pain still remains after use and my knee still becomes inflamed after exercise with them on.

Poor communication (to the point they’re now ignoring / blocking me)

I placed an order on 19-Dec and it was advertised as a pair of leg compression sleeves on offer. What it turned out to be following order confirmation was 2 single compression sleeves (so no longer the deal that was purported).

I sent them an email to cancel and refund order once I realised this. Did not hear anything until a shipment confirmation on 31-Dec from China and a well timed follow up email to say item had already been shipped and it was not possible to cancel.

Requested how I can return items immediately and haven’t heard anything back. Tried following up today 02-Jan and now the customer service email address doesn’t work, just get a bounce back. Suspicious. Avoid avoid avoid.

Waited a month for two pairs and one shows up today 29th December.

You'd be better off buying this product on temu it's basically where these guys get their product from. Save yourself some money might even come faster from temu as well 😂
