Failure to divulge correct information = wasting time
I recently attended an Emergency First Aid Course. At the time, I was unable to carry out chest compressions due to a frozen shoulder. The course tutor advised me that this element of the course could be put to video at a later date and time convenient to both parties. It subsequently transpires that because I couldn't demonstrate the chest compressions on the day that I have failed the course! In order to pass, I need to re-attend the whole course again incurring another fee and a day out of the business.

The terms and conditions state that attendees are required to complete CPR which requires some physical exertion, unfortunately as you had a frozen shoulder at the time of attending you could not complete this section, so you were unable to fulfil the course requirement as laid down by the awarding body. As a gesture of good we offered to re-evaluate you, free of charge, when we have a course in the area, we are still prepared to honour this offer and will contact you when we are conducting a course in the area

Would thoroughly recommend.

I have used RSS for all of our care…
I have used RSS for all of our care homes now, their knowledge is brilliant and they are punctual and helpful
We have had environmental risk assessments which highlighted improvements to make and once improved further supports given on the work we improved on
I would definitely recommend
