The guy I spoke to was very good at explaining things to me he made it easy to understand and answer my questions the quote was very good and works for me

I couldn't use the online insurance…
I couldn't use the online insurance portal but a very helpful customer service agent read through all the T&Cs, it too nearly 40 minutes but we finally got my motorhome insured for a cheaper cost than any other online insurance company.

We understand how important it is to be able to make changes to your policy, particularly when they relate to your payment details. While there may occasionally be a short wait if our advisers are assisting other customers, our telephone hold times have generally been very low recently. If there is a wait, you may hear hold music until the next available adviser is able to assist.

Quite annoyed as sent emails to get a quote for a camera that was gifted to me. To ensure cover I explained that the camera was a gift and that it is likely more then three years old. I asked if I can still insure this and the representative asked for more details of proof. I went to the effort to get the person who gifted me the camera to write a statement and provide receipts of the camera and a couple of Len’s. I sent this back to Ripe and never heard from them. They have no way to phone on the website as far as I can see. For a camera specific insurer it is very poor. I could not recommend them.
