Fast shipping, beautiful ring, good communication

Amazing price for stunning diamonds. I looked at lab created stones for price and an ethical way to purchase diamonds; Ring Premier nailed both. 2ct ttw studs for a fancy event and they are exquisite. Stacy in the office was super helpful when I had questions about the timeline as the event was coming up and she helped answer my questions and ensured the earrings arrived in time. Will definitely order again!!

I found this company through an Instagram Ad. I placed an order in November for a necklace, but I didn't receive it until February. There were a few mishaps with communication, but, their team always responded to me and went above and beyond to fix the issue and apologized. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation that I ended up purchasing a set of diamond studs to match the necklace. This is a brand that I would support over and over again. Their shipping is the fastest I've seen, they always communicate when you reach out to them, and the product and packaging are top of the line. I also love that the company is female-founded. Before I placed my order with them, I saw mixed reviews online, which made me hesitate to purchase from a company that I had no experience with. However, a couple of months and purchases later, I am very happy that I decided to order from them and will be a repeat customer. A special thank you to Vicky for her help!

This company has some communication problems in the early order days so I cancelled. They contacted me following the not so great review and took care of everything in a very professional manner and all wound up happy. They are ethical and can be trusted.

It took a week for my 2 carat earrings to arrive and took a little over 2 weeks for my 3 carat but they arrived as promised before Christmas! The stones were beautiful in both pairs but I didn’t see a significant size difference so I contacted them. They assured me they were larger but also deeper to achieve the ideal cut. They wanted me happy and was going to send a prepaid return label and answered every question imaginable! I opted to keep the 3 carat and now I’m saving for jackets! Their customer service is a 6 plus star!

Placed an order, however, Ring Premier website says theres a problem with the payment method. I did this twice and my card got charged twice without actually being able to place the order. This company appears to be a scam/phishing site to collect data including CC information.

Beware its a scam website. My order got canceled for no reason. Just got an email that said canceled. Then I check my credit card and they charged my account the same day they canceled my order. Reviews must be fake too.

They've responded with an automatic email. I have the copy of the email order confirmation and the canceled order email but I cant upload a screen shot of them to here. I also emailed them and they responded yet they say they have no record of me contacting them. As of 12/7, they have not issued a refund but I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they are investigating it.

Excellent product. Lab grown 5 carat diamond studs. Unbelievable!! Beyond expectations!!! Packaging was unexpected, beautiful blue box.

From the initial virtual consultation to receiving the ring, it took about 5 weeks in total. They were very patient with answering all of my questions and setting the right expectations. Once I made up my mind and finalized all the details the actual production time was just a little over 2 weeks. I picked a three stone radiant cut lab diamond ring. Their price was better than a few other online retailers and the quality is just outstanding!

We had a virtual consultation with Manat and she helped us design a very elegant 3ct emerald cut diamond ring with side stones like my wife wanted. She also helped us redesign her old round diamond ring into a pendant.
