Great service quality, accurate results with a very little time!

I used this tool to transcribe a YouTube video. The text came out accurate, editing was smooth and easy, and within seconds I had a clean, clear summary in front of me. It saved me a lot of time and made the whole process feel effortless. Simple and useful product.

Really brilliant solution!! Stuck in a hotel abroad with just my IPad and no access to my usual transcription options: after downloading various “free” apps that were limited and had hidden charges,I found Rileo and paid a ludicrously low sum for a week’s worth of transcripts, Inc half hour high stakes interview for work and an itunes vodcast which had a transcription but would not let me copy and paste it into a document where I could edit it for an article I was writing. Transcripts were quick accurate and offered a range of formats for saving eg *txt, *doc.

Do not be fooled by the "cheap" £1.49 trial. This company is a professional subscription trap operating out of Nicosia, Cyprus. They lure you in with a one-off service and then attempt to stealth-charge your card for a massive £39.99 "subscription" just days later without any clear warning or authorization.

I have already revoked my Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) and sent a formal Letter Before Action. To the owners: You picked the wrong one this time. I have flagged your merchant ID with my bank’s fraud department and reported your predatory practices.

To anyone else reading this: They rely on you not checking your bank statements. Check them now and block these people immediately. Total scam.

I’ve been using Rileo mainly for converting audio to text (meetings and a few recorded interviews), and overall it does the job well.
The biggest advantage for me is how much time it saves. Instead of typing everything manually, I can just upload the file and get a transcript pretty quickly. With clear audio, the accuracy is actually quite good — not perfect, but definitely usable without too much editing.
I also like that it supports longer recordings, some tools struggle with that, but here it feels stable.
Overall, a solid tool if you regularly need audio-to-text. Not flawless, but definitely helpful and worth using.

Rileo is a scam. I purchased one transaction for €1 and a week later I got charged €39.99 to my card, I was deceived into a subscription where they had written it in the tiny blueprint in terms and conditions.

Excellent but monthly subscription is expensive.

Rileo transcription services website is a scam. I subscribed for the paid trial and have requested to cancel for six days now, before the week ended, but they never did cancel it despite’s my multiple emails asking for the cancellation and a couple from them either making a supposedly one free month offer or another one today saying that they hadn’t heard from me in five days to confirm the cancellation, which was a lie. I wrote them again just in case, but as expected, this evening, day seven of the trial, they tried to charge me the monthly subscription, but I had already cancelled my card because of the suspicion of scam. By the way, not that it matters now, but the transcription tool is really bad, it fails multiple times and the one time it worked, the transcription came in a mix of languages.

I don’t know why you guys take ages to reply to emails. I subscribed for a week and I don’t know why it’s so difficult to unsubscribe whereby I need to reach out to you guys before unsubscribing. Over 2 hours have sent an email and you guys didn’t respond

I am using Rileo for a YouTube videos, everything works directly in the browser, no need to download any software. Very straightforward, just pasting YouTube link and get the transcript, can be downloaded in various formats, I choose docx. Various languages supported for transcription. Overall, very helpful and intuitive tool that saves time.
