Excellent service, quick and clean. Would recommend to anyone.

I sent an email to trustedtrader.com on the 23 December looking for a company to replace my boiler. Stuart rang me within half an hour and booked to meet me that day. I had a quote that night after 11pm with a price and dates he was available. We even had a text conversation on Christmas day which Im sure most companies would not have taken the time to do. Stuart has been so helpful and accommodating with me and his heating engineers have been amazing. They called me with a few issues which were resolved straight away and last night when I went into the house, despite the fact that they were not finished, you would not think that there had been workmen in the house as it was spotless. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Electrician found the fault quickly and remedied problem

I contacted Homeserve on 3rd January,2017 with an electrical problem. The problem was sorted out and repairs made before 10.00 am on 4th January,2017. Thats what I call Good quick service.

Can't complain the electrician went out of his way to help. Top top guy.

My repair was booked with Right Trades through my Homeserve policy so I did not actually approach the company myself.
The day before the appointment, I received a phone call from Right Trades explaining that there was an engineer available locally within the next couple of hours if I was going to be in. Unfortunately I was heading out but I still appreciated the opportunity to get my repair done a little quicker. The following morning I received a courtesy call giving me an approximate time to expect the engineer and he arrived within 5 minutes of the time given. The engineer was a very professional and polite young man who had covers for his shoes while he inspected the problems and removed his shoes when working in the house. This is something that many companies do not take seriously so was a major plus for me! He explained the problem to me, gave me timescales involved and kept me informed throughout the repair process. While he was there I received another courtesy call from the office, checking that he had arrived and that everything was being carried out to my satisfaction. I received a couple of calls from the office as there was some confusion with my email address and the lady I spoke to was also lovely and friendly.
I would certainly not hesitate in recommending this company to my family and friends.

I rang at 10.30 a.m. and I had an elecrtrician in my house by 11.45.
He was effuicient, helpful with futrue advice and and most courteous.- t

I received first class service from your electrician today. Unfortunately the repair required was not covered by the Homeserve insurance he was working for. However, he quickly identified the problem and gave me excellent advice and clear instructions as to how to proceed in order to obtain the spare part needed to complete the repair.

They were courteous and spot on time. That does it for me.
