I have not installed my iron strike Mont lake 300GL wood burning insert, but what is great is I ordered my unit on 8/24/2026 and it was delivered on 9/9/2026. It sat a week near my house waiting for the delivery schedule. It arrived packaged well and exact item I ordered so happy with everything so far! Price was also cheaper than other sites as well by close to 20%!

The service was exceptional. I had a damaged item due to the shipper, and it was promptly replaced and resolved.

Our wood stove arrived today, and it is absolutely beautiful! Shipping was incredibly fast, only 11 days from the date we placed our order to delivery, and we live way up North. This company communicated and cared about what I needed to make my project a success, they also were the most economical. Unlike Tri State fireplaces, there was a mix up with the shop app and by accident I ordered two fireplaces one from Rigid Flame and the shop app put Tristate fireplaces unit up there and I inadvertently clicked, that's ba longer story. Tri State has been extremely difficult and has cost me 50% of the cost of the unit to return to them. Ridgid Flame made sure I had everything I needed and was 20% less.
