Luckily

Luckily, I never had to use the insurance for any accidents or damage to my motorcycle. So I really can't give a review.

Rider is insuring my 2 Vintage Japanese …

Rider is insuring my 2 Vintage Japanese bikes for the minimum required insurance for my state. Ultimately , I will be going to them to discuss "replacement for agreed value" insurance and hopefully they will provide me with good advice regarding personal injury options. My state does not offer Personal Injury protection for motorcyclists ( Thanks NJ...idiots) So There is no accident insurance coverage if someone hits me. I will have to fall back on my medical insurance. During my initial purchase I was so excited to be back on two wheels after 35 years away from motorcycling, that I didn't take to time to have a full consultation with the friendly lady on the phone. She was happy to take my payment, and I really haven't heard from them since. I'll be calling to see if I can get a little better coverage. I pay just over $200 a year for both bikes, which is an excellent rate. When I ran the two bikes by my Allstate agent the premium was double that of riders. I just want to make sure that any options to protect me from injury or money to replace the bikes if stolen or in an accident are available.

Service and Rates are Great.

Tamarie contacted me on a Saturday to help with an issue even though the office was closed. I have had and continue to get great service from Rider and I find the rates are very reasonable.

My wife was pleased when she talked to a representative from your
organization to set up payments for my insurance bill. The gentlemen
was both patient and thorough with the information shared. She had
a bad experience years ago when another representative was not very
polite and didn't want to share any information on payments with her! He
told me I couldn't set up payments and said it like he was doing her a
favor just by talking to her.

You always hope you don't need to use your insurance. But when I did I was impressed by the level of personal attention and how quickly and thoroughly they took care of my claim.
