I'm so happy I found Rickety Rack! This place has the absolute best fashion for any occasion. The clothes are great quality, perfect fit, and always on trend. I've worn Rickety Rack on multiple red carpet appearances and it's always a hit. Great company with fantastic fashion!

Issue was dealt with and sorted switly
In the first instance I gave RicketyRack a 1 star rating after becoming very frustrated trying to contact them over a small issue I had (not with product or service) But after posting my 1 star rating I was contacted by RicketyRack who move very swiftly to sort out the issue. The staff member I dealt with was very professional and very polite. On this experience alone I retract my 1 star rating and have to say that I am pleased that I posted here and im pleased that all is resolved and I feel their response was 5 star.

I adore this company!
I am consistently amazed by the level of service and the quality of products at Rickety Rack. I also appreciate that they do not sell clothing from Indonesia, Bangladesh, Cambodia or Vietnam. They do their research and support fair-labor manufacturers which is crucial. International delivery is incredibly fast as well (I'm from Australia). A++ all around!

Where do I begin...it all started with the stress of trying to find a fun, classy number for my good friend's bridal shower. I looked EVERYWHERE, then one of the girls told me about RR. I am so happy she did! I ended up purchasing several dresses. The prices are fantastic, as is the quality. I have been to several events and weddings since and have seen several RR selections at all of them. This is my go to dress worthy event spot! Cheers!

Best experience by far!
Rickety Rack deserves all five stars because customer service is amazing! I had a question about sizing which was answered instantaneously by a gracious rep. Order delivered in less than five days for standard shipping. Will definitely be recommending this site to my friends!
